Point 1 - Determination of Desired Corporate Culture

Discovery Group facilitates a corporate culture development conference composed of the leadership of the organization through which an optimum, desired cultural environment can be designed.

Leadership will convene for a day-long interactive experience that involves the energetic participation (discussion and break out activities) of all attendees. This process is straightforward and allows company executives an opportunity to develop equity in the desired culture. Attendees will craft and dictate the cultural future of their organization.

Point 2 - Cultural Assessment

Discovery Group conducts an assessment of the existing cultural climate to obtain the intelligence necessary upon which to create the plan for implanting the desired culture throughout the broad organization population.

This information provides company leadership with employee opinion of the current cultural climate enabling the company to analyze the gap between the current and desired culture.

Developing a picture of the ideal and then taking a realistic look at the gaps is vital information that can be used to design interventions to close the gaps and bring specific elements of culture into line. (Note: this analysis is not a traditional employee attitude and opinion survey that examines all aspects of the workplace environment. Rather, this query focuses solely on employee impression of the culture of the organization. (e.g., awareness of values, organizational rituals, history, etc.).

Point 3 - Creating a Corporate Culture Manifestation Plan
(To Develop The Blueprint For Implementation / Cultural Embedding)


Discovery Group facilitates the development of a strategic communication and implantation plan with objectives, strategies, tactics and responsibility and timelines identification, to establish the determined culture throughout the organization. The ensuing plan sets the blueprint for literally marketing (Internal Marketing) the new culture to the organization using the same principals as conventional marketing to modify behavior.

Point 4 - Implementing the Corporate Culture Manifestation Plan

Discovery Group assists clients with the implementation of their cultural manifestation plan. Per the plan's pert chart, the launch of the cultural initiative is followed by ongoing strategies and tactics, flighted to continuously immerse the workplace in the culture and values of the organization.
